As today is #GivingTuesday, you can help us give back by donating items to our Christmas Drive for children in Dallas! 🎁 Every child deserves to have a wonderful Christmas and giving back to this cause is a great way to start! 😄 Everything we receive will be donated to @dallascac! . . Check out the list of items that are needed! 🎄☺️ (preferably new items wanted): Coloring Books Coloring Supplies Children’s Books Puzzles Multicultural Dolls Board Games Toy Trucks New Fluffy Pajamas Wrapping Paper Wrapping Supplies Headphones Wallets Jewelry Make-up kits And more.. . . It is the season of giving! We will gladly meet you in a public location to collect any items. There are two opportunities. Before Dec. 9th and Dec. 17th! Message us anytime. 😇

Our organization not only accepted donations but personally contributed to “A Homeless Thanksgiving” as well. 💙 . . Thankfully it did not rain as much as was predicted for this Thanksgiving, but nevertheless, it was still cold out. The blankets, robes, scarves and gloves surely came in handy for the homeless community in Dallas. It was a heartwarming experience to be able to give and take time out to help the less fortunate on the holiday. The day itself may be over, but we will continue to provide aid and relief to those in the community. 💙

We would like to thank everyone who donated to the “A Homeless Thanksgiving” event on Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful turn out!! As we all gathered together to help those in need in Dallas; We gave out hot thanksgiving meals, care kits, and clothing! 🧡 Making a difference, one step at a time! Our organization is looking forward to helping out again next year. 🙂

Sending another Midweek Encouragement Post! 💙 . . When life gets tough, it’s hard not to get caught up in all of the “bad” that comes along with the struggle. No matter the situation, it isn’t anything that we can’t handle. Yes it can be difficult, but good news is... God will surely see you through it! . . Train yourself to think of it as, “Wow! God thinks so greatly of me that He assigned this tribulation specifically for me, so I can come out of the other side better than I went into it.” 💙 Try to think about what you can learn out of the situation. As cliché as it sounds, everything happens for a reason. Keep in mind that there is greatness on the other side of the struggle! The week isn’t over yet, but you got this!! 🙏 Reference Bible Verse: 1 Corinthians 10:13 ✨

The Ascender’s Touch is hosting our very own Christmas Toys and Books Donation Drive! From now until December 17th, we are collecting items to be donated to a local advocacy center for children and families in Dallas County called: Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. 💙 This family center specifically supports those who have been affected by aspects of child abuse. They also provide mental health and legal support to the family members, which is amazing and vital to the healing process. We want to give these children and their family members an opportunity to have a wonderful Christmas! 🎄 . . The items will be for all ages and genders.
