Hello Everyone! How is everyone doing on this lovely Monday morning? I have yet to post anything with 2020 being so hectic but my organization is focusing on providing tips to aid mental health and self love/care! 💛
Don’t forget to take it one day at a time. 💛
• Focus on the moment of now and do what you can.
• Set five small goals each day.
• Plan things to look forward to in your day.
• Out of your list of tasks, list or number them in order of importance and urgency.
• Reward yourself after you complete each task.
• Make sure to check in with your basic needs. Are you sleeping and eating?
