It‘s National Suicide Prevention Month, as well as, Self Care Month. My organization is going to highlight both due to the importance of mental health. It saddens us to know that there has been an increase of death by suicide within the U.S. 50% increase of suicides among women and 21% increase among men.
As technology grows, online bullying adds another factor into death by suicide within our youth groups. Please share the message to your friends and family that giving yourself a much needed break is OK. Give yourself credit, time, and attention. Forget about the people of the world and know that you are loved by Christ. You are never alone!! If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to give the following hotlines a call. They are more than willing to chat with you with no judgement at all. 💛 Please take out the time to do so before permanently ending your life over a temporary situation. 💙 #YouMatter
