DIY Sea Salt Scrub with Essential Oils🧚🏾‍♀️✨

Tonight was the night, I couldn’t wait any longer! Lol 😍😍

I have been anticipating to make an “at home” facial scrub for weeks now. My face decided that another breakout would be lovely during my birthday week. 🙃

I wanted a scrub that was a great exfoliator agent, organic, and one that was ultimately CHEAP!!

I’ve been more conscious of issuing products that are truly water based + organic based products. One way to ensure that products are 100% organic is by creating it yourself. 🙌🏾

I’m not sure about you guys but if I can make it, I rather do that compared to buying it. 🤗 hello money, you’re staying in my pocket!!

Of course, google is a tap away and my curiosity lead one thing onto another!

These are the ingredients that I used:

  • Organic Himalayan Sea Salt

  • Vitamin E Oil

  • Your Fav Organic Essential Oil

  • Splash of Water (optional)
  • (I used Lavender, Peppermint, and a hint of Lemongrass for my choices of essential oils) It showed that you could use whatever essential oil you like. Rose Hip Oil is excellent for the skin as well!!!!!
  • I mixed all of the ingredients within a stainless steel container. Be aware that essential oils are very potent and may “burn through” styrofoam 😨 lol. The next batch, I will only use 1 essential oil.
  • After the product was mixed well together, I rubbed the scrub on the troubled spots of my face and let it sit for about 15minutes.
  • After I washed it off, my skin felt like butter!!!! I am thrilled to use this DIY scrub as an everyday routine.
  • It seems to do wonders by trying it once! If you don’t feel like spending a whole bunch of money at the store and you want an organic product…. give this a try!!!! 😃😃😃
  • Have a great night! God bless. ✨

  • Three days later update:

I’ve been using this scrub once a day and my skin is BACK to its fresh and glistening self!! 🌈My skin is smooth and baby soft. I feel like I have a new face. Lol. Give it a shot! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
