I recently came across a comment on one of my posts that has encouraged me to write this today. It has been a little over a year now that the Lord has brought me through this wonderful journey. A year ago in March, the Lord told me people would some how call me “The Ascender”. At the time he did not explain in full detail of why that would be so. 

Since I have testified of this amazing gift that God has provided me, I have gotten various amounts of feedback. When I tell others about what the Lord has shown me, it encourages them to know that HIS spirit is always with us. No matter how many times we fail, he is continuously faithful. Each day, he is teaching me something new. I have met many people who have been blessed with prophetic gifts. It is interesting how the Lord’s Holy Spirit is the same, yet the types of gifts he provides are different from one another.

“4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues,[a] and to still another the interpretation of tongues.[b] 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.” 1 Corinthians 12: 4-11 

When the Lord shows me visions and dreams; he doesn’t necessarily sit down and explain each minute of the dream. There are others who do get more explainations and understanding on what God shows them. Whatever the case is, he provides these gifts for His body (church) to come together and discuss them. The only one who knows every single thing from the beginning, all the way to the end of time…Is GOD. One person could not simply fathom all of the mysteries that God withholds. The bible does testify to many miracles and wonders of the Lord. It is safe to say the bible does not reveal all of the Lord’s mysteries. In 2 Corinthians 12: 2-4 , Paul mentions one going to heaven and coming back down. The man could not utter such things that he saw while being there. 

“TRUE, THERE is nothing to be gained by it, but [as I am obliged] to boast, I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago–whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows–was caught up to the third heaven. And I know that this man–whether in the body or away from the body I do not know, God knows– Was caught up into paradise, and he heard utterances beyond the power of man to put into words, which man is not permitted to utter.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:1-4‬ ‭AMP‬‬

The fact that he evens shares anything with his children is beautiful to me. I don’t mention the wonders that I have seen for self-glory nor do I mention it to led God’s people astray from him. One person told me to “be careful” of adding onto my visions or I would be labeled as a “false prophet”. 

People of this wicked world label & judge others every second of each day. I do not care what other people label me. I could care less about what anyone thinks. However, I do care about what the Lord thinks of me. I know he loves me as His own. He has called me out from chaos into a life of peace! He has grown me into a special relationship and daily walk with him. Before I mention any vision, I mediate and pray for God to give me revelation before sending the message out into the world. 

God doesn’t have to reveal parts of His Holy Spirit to me everyday, but he does. He doesn’t have to teach me of how his angels move within his Holy system, but he still does. It’s a learning process and I am up for the ride. I only made this blog to continue to spread the great message that God wants His people to hear. This blog is not for me but for those who are lost in this world. Thinking that there is no hope and no bright future ahead of them. 

While the devil is spreading lies and deceit on this earth, God is still in control. He is still working everything out for the good that love him. As a child of God, we have the responsibility to confess the glory that he has shown us. After receiving the Holy Spirit at the Penecost, each discipline was told to go out and spread the gospel to every nation. 

When the Lord asks me what did I do with the talents he gave me on earth, I want to be able to say I made good use of them. What impact do you want to leave on this earth when it is all said and done? Think about that for a few days.
