Believe The Best About People

This is a subject that I, myself, constantly work on day and night. Although I am young, I have been through many circumstances with other people. I used to have this cold-hearted attitude where I wouldn’t give anyone a bit of my time if they weren’t “worthy” of it. It’s interesting how the Lord dedicates HIS time for us even though we are not necessarily worthy. His everlasting and gracious Holy Spirit is available to us 24/7, 365 days a year.

I’ve learned to try my absolute best to think the best about my enemies. The Lord personally tells us to bless our enemies and those who curse us. By forgiving those who have hurt us, we can now live our lives free from any bondage or burden that they may have caused. Check out what Mrs. Joyce Meyer has to say about this topic!

“Believing the best about people is very helpful in the process of forgiving people who hurt or offend us. As human beings, we tend to be suspicious of others and we often get hurt due to our own imaginations. It is possible to believe someone hurt you on purpose when the truth is they were not even aware they did anything at all, and never intended to upset you.

I can remember, during the early years of our marriage, focusing on everything I considered negative about Dave and ignoring his positive traits. My thoughts went something like this: We just don’t agree about anything. Dave is so stubborn, and he has to be right all the time. He is insensitive, and he just doesn’t care how I feel. He never thinks of anyone but himself. In reality, none of these thoughts were true!

They only existed in my own mind; and my wrong thinking caused a great deal of offense and disagreement that could have been easily avoided had my mindset been more positive. Over time, as I grew in my relationship with God, I learned the power of believing the best about people and meditating on the things that were good. As that happened, my thinking sounded like this: Dave is usually very easy to get along with; he has his areas of stubbornness, but then so do I. Dave loves me and would never hurt my feelings on purpose. Dave is very protective of me and always makes sure I am taken care of. At first, I had to think these things on purpose, but now I actually feel uncomfortable when I think negative thoughts, and positive thoughts come more naturally because I have disciplined myself to think them.

There are still times when people hurt my feelings, but then I remember that I can choose whether to be hurt or to “get over it.” I can believe the best or I can believe the worst, so why not believe the best and enjoy my day? Trust in Him!

Answer this: Do you believe the best about people? Is there someone in particular whom you need to believe the best? Trust God to help you meditate on the best of all people until positive thoughts come naturally.”

Easter Sunday! Rejoice & Draw ❤️

Hallelujah!!! What a week and what a day! After reviewing and studying the paths Jesus took on his last days on earth, we have now reached the anniversary of his resurrection!! A lot of “superhero” movies have been coming out lately & my all-time favorite superhero is JESUS CHRIST. The sacrifice he made for our transgressions does not go unnoticed to those who love him.

How are you celebrating his victory today? Are you having a feast with your family and friends? Are you coloring eggs & sharing the story to your children? Whatever you are doing today, continue to give him thanks. Thanks for what he has done for you & for what he WILL do in your life. Gratitude for the past, the present, & the future. With Jesus, we will have a life of prosperity on earth.

“But what does it say? The Word (God’s message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach, [Deut. 30:14.] Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:8-10‬ (‭AMP‬‬)

A few days ago, I came close to finishing one of my art pieces. It’s a piece describing what the Lord has shown me within his graceful atmosphere. I am still learning how to advance in the skill of drawing. There are some touch ups that need to be made. I tend to be a perfectionist but the only perfect artist I know is GOD. Lol  I did not try to draw the angel’s face due to my lack of skill. Their faces are extremely  handsome and delicate.

I am excited that you guys can be apart of the journey that God is bringing me through! To grow in any talent, it takes time and effort. One day I pray that I will mold into a marvelous artist.

Enjoy your Sunday! You are all in my prayers. ❤️

God IS My Anchor

 Anchored in Goodness

“You may have heard it before: life is hard; God is good. This statement is far more than a cliché: it’s a strong and solid theological truth. Some incredibly smart people have wrestled with such questions as, “if God is good, then why does this happen? Why is injustice allowed, and why can life be so hard?” Those really smart people concluded that life is hard AND God is good. One doesn’t cancel out the other. They call it “theodicy.”
Most people assume that because life is hard, God must not be good—but that’s not the case. It’s not an either/or scenario.

A few years ago, I decided that even when I couldn’t answer the “why?” part of that statement (“If God is good, then why ____?”), I decided that I would eliminate the “if.” In other words, I choose to believe that God is good . . . no matter what.
You can anchor yourself in God’s goodness too. Start watching for the goodness of God despite the circumstances. Maybe the door gets closed on one opportunity, but maybe God has something better in store that we have to walk through a different door in order to access it.

This has happened so many times in my own life that now I expect it. When something doesn’t go my way, I remind myself of God’s track record and I start watching for the next opportunity that will uncover God’s ultimate plan through the process.Being anchored in the goodness of God isn’t always going to be a rational thing. It’s a stubborn, unrelenting determination not to let the hardships of life downsize the bigness of God.

Think about it: What are ways you can remind yourself to watch for God’s goodness despite the circumstances?
PRAY: God, thank you for helping me get anchored in your goodness. Give me strength today to stop wondering and start watching for your favor in every situation. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My personal response to the “Think About It” question: I never knew at 23 years old, I would’ve been a store manager at two clothing stores; then promoted (by God) to work at a multi-billion dollar trucking company. I never knew that after a year and a half of working at the trucking company, I would be unemployed for a few months. Even though I did not expect all of that to happen, the Lord already knew it was going to happen. Now that I am still unemployed I have anchored myself in God’s rest. He has blessed me to still be financially stable for everything I possess. As it is coming close for my unemployment funds to run out, I refuse to get stressed over life’s situations. As I think about my past history, I surely can testify that God has always made a way out of no way. And you know what? He will do it again. His goodness and grace is everlasting. No matter what happens in my life on earth, Heaven is the reason I rejoice daily!

What would you answer to the “Think About It” question?? I would love to hear some feedback from my lovely family in Christ! Thanks for reading! Stay Blessed.

Holy Inheritance

It’s FRIDAY! YAY!! Congrats, you made it out another week. Not to mention, there is another reason you should be excited today! There’s an Inheritance Waiting for You!! Get excited, Get ready!

“If you were the son or the daughter of Bill Gates, it would probably stand to reason that you were going to receive a large inheritance.

But you have a father that is wealthier than Bill Gates. Your heavenly Father has prepared an inheritance for you as one of his children. The Bible says in Romans 8:16-17, “For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory” (NLT, second edition).

That is one of the most amazing verses in the entire Bible. Everything that God has given to his Son Jesus Christ he’s given to you also. You’re going to share in his glory. That is limitless! In Heaven, you will have unlimited access to the unlimited resources of God, because God created you to be his child. But you must choose to be his child by asking him to accept you into his family.

Everybody is created by God, but not everybody’s a child of God. You have to choose him and say, “Lord, I put my trust in you. I accept what you did for me on the cross. I believe in you, and I want to love you and trust you.” When you do that, you become a child of God, and you’re going to have an inheritance one day.

Any parents are going to want to know that their child is responsible before they give the inheritance. Often times parents test their children in small amounts before they are given a larger amount. The same is true with you spiritually. This life is your test. God is testing you to see what you do with little amounts before he trusts you with more in eternity. He’s watching what you do with that little bit of talent to see whether you’re going to be responsible enough to get greater talents in Heaven.

He’s testing you to see how you handle the little bit of wealth he’s given you. How do you handle the relationships he’s given you? How do you handle the little opportunities he gives you? If you’re doing well with it, guess what? The Bible says you will be trusted with more in Heaven:

“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones” (Luke 16:10a). What are you doing with what you’ve been given?”

Wow! I would love to hear what you guys think about our Holy Inheritance that Joyce Meyer describes to us. I truly believe that if we are useful with the talents and the gifts that we are blessed with here on earth, The Lord will surely give us more during our eternity with him. As today is Good Friday, I am extremely thankful to our Savior, our Hero, Jesus Christ! Over 2,000 years ago, he made the biggest sacrifice that anyone could make and he did it out of pure LOVE. There is nothing better. We are heirs to God’s glory, we are children of God! I don’t know what everyone on this blog is going through in life, but hang on! Do not let depression, anxiety, doubt, or fear fill your mind. The storm will not last always. This life will be a mere memory compared to eternity. Have a wonderful Good Friday! Thanks again for reading!

How To Lend A Helping Hand

Have you ever wondered how exactly you can lend a helping hand to someone in need? Have you ever walked passed someone that God put on your heart to bless? If so, don’t worry. Today is a brand new day & you can start now.

Some time ago the Lord put a ministering spirit into my heart. Everytime I passed by someone who was in lack, I often turned around to give them a card of encouragement. I look up to the disciples who followed Jesus on his days on earth. Yes, some made mistakes but seemed to get back on track. Peter denied the Lord 3 times before the crow sounded. Right when it seemed like the Lord needed him the most. After the crucifixion and resurrection, days later the Lord’s Holy Spirit came down with supernatural power. Giving the disciples more than enough courage, strength & endurace to proclaim the goodness of the Savior.

As his disciples boldly proclaimed the glory of God publicly, I too would like to do the same no matter where I go. I used to be a lost sheep in this devastating world. Now that I am found, I know there are millions of others who need to be found as well.

Remember that you are here to do KINGDOM GOOD on carnal ground. God has a mission to accomplish for kingdom gain in every generation planned perfectly in advance! You are apart of that plan.

Ephesians 2:10 tells us that our works were assigned in advance. I want to encourage you to tell a stranger about our Lord and what he has done for us. Don’t worry, I will go out and do it along with you. Let’s make an phenomenal impact in this confused world!! It is a week to rejoice in! Jesus has freed us all. Thank you for reading. Stay blesssed!

“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

Doesn’t this delicious raspberry tart look tasty?! Candy and sweets seem to put a smile on everyone’s face every now & then. If only we stayed focused on God’s word and his promises for us, maybe we all could learn to constantly keep that smile. This is a short excerpt about worrying and how to your attitude can send the devil running. Take a look!

“Worrying does us absolutely no good. It doesn’t change one thing, and we waste time by being upset over stuff we can’t do anything about, things only God can change.

The Bible says we can’t even add one inch to our height by worrying. Yet, we worry, worry, worry, which gets us nowhere.

Every time we get really upset, it takes a lot of emotional energy, tires us out, messes with our health, steals our joy, and still doesn’t change one thing. We need to stop trying to fix things that only God can fix because the only one who’s clapping is the devil, saying, “Ha, ha, ha! Got ’em again!”

Jesus tells us to “calm down” in John 14:27 and”cheer up” in John 16:33. I think it’s a one-two knockout punch to the devil when we do. When you realize you can’t fix everything, that calms you down, and when You know that God can, it cheers you up! So don’t worry. Instead, calm down, cheer up, and send the devil running!

Prayer Starter: Lord, my worrying really doesn’t accomplish anything, so I leave it behind. I’m so thankful that You can fix what I can’t. You calm me down and cheer me up!”

You are half way through the work week! Let’s finish this week on an amazing note!! You can do it! Don’t worry, Be happy! There is plenty of word to go around! ❤️

“How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” Psalm 119:103 NIV

What A King! – Verse of The Day

“28 Just as the Son of Man came not to be waited on but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many [the price paid to set them free].” Matthew‬ ‭20‬:‭28‬ AMP

What a KING! He left his glorious paradise to come down here and free the unworthy. He loves us so much. Spend time today thanking him for his love and grace. It’s a new day!! Make the best of it my friends.

By the way, Check out this post I made yesterday. It is very moving and inspiring! God is working within his people. Enjoy your day! 😊

Reblog: 11 year-old boy, mission of those raptured!

Good evening friends and family through Jesus Christ! I wanted to share a post that I came across a few days ago. Thank you to the person who posted the original! A young boy last month in February 2016 came across an interesting experience with the Lord. Through a dream, the Lord revealed extra mysteries regarding the rapture. He discusses how those who are raptures will have missions assigned to them to help those on earth. How amazing!

This young boy is truly remarkable. The way that he speaks about our God is heartwarming! ❤️ He reminds us that the rapture will take place without warning. Within a blink of an eye. You will hear him mention how he felt like his spirit was stepping on stairs within the whirlwind as everyone was ascending up to heaven. Throughout the whole video, he is filled with joy and excitement when he thinks about our Lord’s paradise.

From the gift of visions that God has blessed me with, I am a witness to some of the things that he mentions. I, myself, have seen the beautiful ceremony of the Lord’s bride going home. There are multiple stairwells that lead from the earth up to the heavens. It truly will be beyond our most “wildest” dreams!! In your spare time, please check out the video to personally experience this for yourself.

I have posted a few times regarding the visions that the Lord has graciously shown me. I am posting this today due to the fact that God wants everyone to realize we are in the final days. As he promised, he is pouring out his spirit to his children.

“‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” Acts 2:17 NIV

Hearing testimonies like this is becoming very common. The Lord is telling his church something, but are we listening? Take a few minutes and think about what is going on around you. What do you see on the news?

  • Hate, Pride, & Greed being praised
  • Stories regarding America’s incompetent  election candidates
  • The weather continuously being out of whack
  • Disease/famine spreading
  • Rumors of wars
  • Terriost acts continuously growing

All signs that many prophets have spoken regarding the rapture & pre-Great Tribulation. Don’t take this post as alarming, but let it be a comfort knowing that we will not be on this earth forever. This is not our home. ❤️

Thanks for reading!! Check out the lovely video below! Share with family, friends and strangers. Stay blessed. 😊

“And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and upon the earth [there will be] distress (trouble and anguish) of nations in bewilderment and perplexity [without resources, left wanting, embarrassed, in doubt, not knowing which way to turn] at the roaring (the echo) of the tossing of the sea, [Isa. 13:10; Joel 2:10; Zeph. 1:15.] Men swooning away or expiring with fear and dread and apprehension and expectation of the things that are coming on the world; for the [very] powers of the heavens will be shaken and caused to totter. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with great (transcendent and overwhelming) power and [all His kingly] glory (majesty and splendor). [Dan. 7:13, 14.] Now when these things begin to occur, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption (deliverance) is drawing near.” Luke‬ ‭21:25-28‬ ‭AMP‬‬
